Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect at my first visit?+

Your first visit includes a comprehensive oral exam, digital X-rays, a professional cleaning, and a one-on-one consultation with your dentist. We will review your dental history, discuss your goals, and create a personalized treatment plan. Plan for approximately 60-90 minutes.

Do you accept my insurance?+

We accept most major dental insurance plans. Our team will verify your benefits before your appointment and help you understand your coverage. If you do not have insurance, we offer flexible payment plans and in-house membership options.

What payment options are available?+

We accept cash, all credit cards, and offer financing through CareCredit, HFD, and Lending Club. Contact us to learn more about payment options that fit your budget.

How often should I visit the dentist?+

We recommend a professional cleaning and exam every six months for most patients. However, some patients with gum disease or other conditions may benefit from more frequent visits. Your dentist will recommend a schedule based on your individual needs.

What should I do in a dental emergency?+

Call our office immediately at (914) 437-8700. We offer same-day emergency appointments during business hours. If you experience a dental emergency after hours, our voicemail will provide instructions for reaching our on-call dentist.
